Product overview

Maxtherm steam and hot water radiators transfer heat from a plant's steam or hot-water circuit into a forced-air stream. The photographed installation combines a finned-tube coil, fabricated headers, structural framing, ductwork, and a fan arrangement to deliver heated air for process use. Each unit is sized around the available heating-medium conditions, required airflow and temperature rise, allowable pressure drop, material selection, and site layout.

Why this product

  • Transfers heat to the air stream without mixing the heating fluid and process air
  • Extended finned surface supports effective heat transfer in a compact coil
  • Fabricated inlet and outlet headers provide practical circuit connections
  • Can be integrated with fans, ductwork, and existing steam or hot-water plants
  • Coil size, materials, and frame arrangement are matched to the process duty
